CLEAR FROM THE START
Your photos. Your choices.
How your account, photos, and previews are handled.
Your account and company
Base44 handles authentication and password recovery. Prymr stores your profile, preferences, company plan, team membership and render usage. Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing management; payment card details are not stored in Prymr’s project records.
Photos and projects
Choosing a photo prepares it in your browser. Generating a preview sends that photo and your selected colors to the configured image provider, Google Gemini. Generated images use private storage. Saving on Pro or Team stores the project’s source photo, masks, colors, and previews. Creating a share link uploads the image pair even when the project is not saved.
Who can see your work
App rules restrict saved projects and previews to their owner. Authorized operators and the underlying service providers may access backend data for administration and support. Company owners manage billing and team membership.
Sharing with homeowners
Anyone with a homeowner link can view that link’s original photo, preview, and color selections until it expires or is revoked. Client contact details are not included. Recipients can save copies. Signed image URLs can remain available for up to five minutes after revocation. A Team website widget lets visitors submit their own photos using that company’s render allowance.
Analytics and diagnostics
Optional app analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default. Enabled events contain allowed event names and limited metadata associated with your account, rather than photo bytes, raw error messages, or search text. Service providers may maintain operational logs independently.
Your choices
Manage preferences in Settings and download previews from the editor or gallery. Account deletion removes app records and may require operator cleanup of private files and platform identity; the app reports pending work. Provider backups and logs follow their own retention controls. Manage subscription cancellation separately through Plan & team.
This product notice describes current behavior. The operator still needs to provide its legal identity, privacy contact, and finalized retention terms before a public launch.
